Return Policy – Solechemy

At Solechemy, each pair of sneakers is a one-of-a-kind creation, handcrafted and customized with care. Because every product is unique and made-to-order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges once the purchase is completed.

We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

Manufacturing Defect – If your custom sneakers arrive with a clear defect caused by our production process.

Damaged During Transit – If your order is damaged during shipping.

📸 In both cases, you must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the defect or damage for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Change of mind after purchase.

Wrong size ordered by customer.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by customer use.

Any customized item that is free of defects or transit damage.

Return & Refund Process

within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number + photos of the defect/damage.

Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required).

Refunds or replacements will be issued only after verification.

⏱ Refunds will be processed within 2 business days once approved. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Since our products are custom-made, please double-check your size, color, and design preferences before placing an order.

Slight variations in color or hand-painted details are part of the custom nature of our work and are not considered defects.
